# AI Meeting Prep & Daily Agenda — OpenAssistant

Your assistant researches who you're meeting, pulls the context out of your email, notes, and CRM, and sends you a brief before the call — plus a daily agenda built exactly the way you want it, delivered by email, text, or in the app.

## What your assistant prepares

- **Your day at a glance** — Every meeting, where it is, who's coming, and what you still owe people before it starts.
- **Attendee research** — Who they are, what they've done, their company, recent news, and their LinkedIn history.
- **Context from your inbox** — The thread you forgot, the promise you made, the question nobody answered — surfaced.
- **Your notes and CRM** — Reads past meeting notes and CRM records so you never open a call re-reading history.
- **Talking points** — Suggested openers, questions worth asking, and the follow-ups you said you'd bring.
- **Updates from your systems** — Pipeline changes, ticket counts, revenue, hiring — whatever you point your assistant at.
- **News and weather** — Whatever you'd otherwise check on your phone first thing, folded into the same brief.
- **Only where it matters** — External calls only, every meeting, or just the ones you flag. You draw the line.

## Where the context comes from

- **The public record** — LinkedIn, company sites, funding history, recent press — the homework you'd do if you had an hour.
- **Your own email** — What this person last asked for, what you promised, and which thread went quiet.
- **Meeting notes** — Notes from your last call, whether you took them yourself or a notetaker did.
- **Your CRM and tools** — Deal stage, open tickets, account history, and metrics from the systems you already run on.

## Customize all of it

- **When it arrives** — Weekdays at 6:45, an hour before each meeting, Sunday night for the week ahead — you set the schedule.
- **How it arrives** — Email, text, a notification in the app, or all three. Same brief, whichever one you'll actually read.
- **Which meetings** — External only, internal only, everything, or just what you flag. Different rules for different meeting types.
- **Who gets it** — Just you, or the same morning brief to your whole team so everyone starts the day on the same page.

## Who it's for

- **Sales** — Walk into every renewal and discovery call knowing the account history cold.
- **Investors** — A brief on every founder you're meeting, and a morning read on the portfolio.
- **Recruiters** — Candidate background, résumé highlights, and the questions left over from the last round.
- **Founders** — One brief that covers your day, your metrics, and whoever you're about to sit across from.
- **Executive assistants** — Produce the daily brief your exec expects without spending the morning assembling it.
- **Teams** — Give every rep, recruiter, or CS lead the same standard of prep automatically.

## Frequently asked questions

### What goes into a meeting brief?

Whatever you ask for. By default: who's attending and what they do, the company and any recent news, the relevant history from your own email and meeting notes, the account's state in your CRM, and suggested talking points and questions. You can add to that list or cut it back to a few lines.

### What's in the daily agenda?

Your day at a glance — every meeting, who's coming, and what you owe people beforehand — plus anything else you want alongside it: updates pulled from your tools, pipeline or support numbers, news, weather, outstanding follow-ups. It's your brief, so you decide what earns a place in it.

### How and when does it get delivered?

By email, text, or a notification in the app, on the schedule you set. A daily agenda might land at 6:45 every weekday; meeting briefs typically arrive 30 minutes before the call. Both can be one-off instead of recurring — ask for a brief on one specific meeting and you'll get exactly that.

### Can I limit it to external meetings only?

Yes. Prep can be scoped to external meetings, internal meetings, only the ones you flag, or everything — and you can set different rules for different kinds of meetings.

### Can it send the same brief to my team?

Yes. A morning agenda can go to you alone or to a whole team, so a sales floor or CS group starts the day on the same page. Each person can still keep their own meeting briefs private.

### Where does the context come from?

Public sources like LinkedIn, company sites, and press, plus the tools you connect — your email, calendar, meeting notes, documents, and CRM. It only reads what you've given it access to.
